Shipping Terms – TCG Picks
Applies to purchases made on tcgpicks.com and subdomains. Operated by E&E Media AB (Company Registration No. 559483-4730).

1. Delivery Times

Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days from the date your order is confirmed.

During periods of high demand or for pre-orders, delivery times may be longer. This will be stated at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Uncollected Packages

Packages that are not collected will be automatically returned to us.

For uncollected packages, we charge a fee of SEK 150 to cover shipping and administrative costs.

4. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order is damaged during transport, this must be reported immediately to the shipping carrier and to us at info@tcgpicks.com

If your delivery does not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assist you..
