When you complete a purchase on tcgpicks.com, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

4. Pricing & Availability Disclaimer

We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders in the event of pricing errors, incorrect stock levels, or if an item becomes unavailable. This includes errors caused by system issues or sudden changes in market pricing.

5. Payment.

Payment is made via our approved payment methods (Klarna, Swish, card payment).

Any shipping costs are shown at checkout before completing your purchase.

6. Delivery

Delivery time is normally 2–5 business days.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act.

The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the product.

Return duty is valid only if the item is returned in the same condition and quantity as it was received, including any original packaging in new and unopened condition. The sales value of the item must not be impaired and the product must be unused.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged..

8. Complaints & Warranty

You always have the right to file a complaint about a defective product in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered.
