Delivery policy

1.Delivery times

Standard delivery takes 1–3 working days from order confirmation.

Delivery may take longer during busy periods or for pre-order products. This will be stated when you purchase.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

2.Delivery charges

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3.Uncollected parcels

Uncollected parcels are automatically returned to us.

We charge SEK 150 for uncollected parcels to cover shipping and administration costs.

4.Damaged or missing deliveries

If your order is damaged in transit, report it immediately to the carrier and to us at info@tcgpicks.com.

If your delivery does not arrive, contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
