3.Orders

When you complete a purchase on tcgpicks.com, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

4.Prices & availability

We reserve the right to cancel or adjust an order in the event of incorrect pricing, inaccurate stock information or an item no longer being available. This also applies to errors caused by system issues or sudden changes in market prices.

5.Payment

Payment is made using our accepted payment methods: Klarna, Swish and card payments.

Any shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

6.Delivery

Delivery normally takes 1–3 working days.

7.Right of withdrawal & returns

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods.

The right of withdrawal applies only if the goods are returned in the same condition and quantity as received, including any original packaging in new, unopened condition. The goods must not have diminished in value and must be unused.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

8.Faulty goods & warranty

You have the right to make a complaint about faulty goods under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. You must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the fault.

Contact us by email with your order number and a description of the fault.
